Escape the daily life and immerse in nature.

Located in Jasper, Georgia, this 55-acre modern estate is tucked away in the woods giving you the modern luxury amenities with complete privacy in nature. A space for friends, family and even company retreats to connect with nature, yourself and others. Built with energy efficiency in mind and leaving as little as a footprint as possible. Our architect, Lew Oliver, designed the home to be open as possible, natural light, lots of windows and open and facing towards the water.

The home has a whole house water filtration system and is equipped with all high-end furnishings.  This home can sleep up to 13 individuals. 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the guest, 2 in the flex room (as a murphy bed) and then a bunk room that has two bunk beds featured (with a trundle) sleeping 6 total there. In addition, the futon in the living room can be used for additional sleeping if needed. There is a TV in the Living Room as well as one in the bunk room but you might end up spending most of your time outdoors. All closets feature built-in storage. The home sits on a creek, with a fire pit and a bridge allowing you to soak up the beauty of the outdoors!

Open Living

Dickerson Hill was designed with an open floor plan in mind. The kitchen flows into the dining, and then into the living room. Which all opens to a 900 square foot outdoor living with covered cantilever porch.

Excited to bring life and passion back to this once thriving land. The old home on this property was structurally uninhabitable, but we were able to salvage some pieces in order to preserve the history and tie it into the design of the new home as well as furnishings

Outdoor Living

Be in touch with nature

This is how this home was designed. To be outside and to be more in touch with nature. To hear the river run, the fire crack and to feel the wind blow. Dickerson hill has over 900 square foot of outdoor living space, 55 acres and a creek to explore.

Property History

Original family home

The previous family shared memories of coming home from school to indulge in juicy peaches grown on the land. Stories of raising hogs, hand building the hog pen, and splashing through the river are just a few of the good times had. Towards the top of the hill a dilapidated home stand that are nothing more than a working water well and a fireplace.

Green Living

Home was built with preservation in mind

Everything in the home was carefully selected for efficiency. From the windows to the insulation. The home is equipped with an air purifier and the water has an entire home water filtration system.
